Designated Depository Participant (DDP) is an intermediary approved by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to perform due diligence as per SEBI (Foreign Portfolio Investors) FPI Regulations,2019 and grant certificate of registration to FPIs on behalf of SEBI.
